As a parent sending her 16 yo daughter and friends out on the town, you gotta have a limo service that will allow the fun and keep them safe. Premier Limousine service is the one. I am an executive that has been using limo services for many years. I recently moved to the Richmond area and needed a reliable limo service. Premier Limousine & Sedan is an exceptional service provider. The owner, Mark Swineford, is congenial, dependable, considerate and a true gentleman. I have had the good fortune to have some of the other drivers that work with Premier Limousine & Sedan as well. All of them have held to the excellent standards that Mark has set for his clients. I have needed a limo at some unusual hours; not a problem for Mark. I have had airline delays cause me to be late on arrival; not a problem for Mark. I highly recommend Mark and his team as your next (and probably only) limo service in the future.

I got a stretch limo for my brother’s birthday party and we had an AWESOME time!! The limo was very nice and clean and I can't say enough about the driver. He was professional and a super nice man. He knew exactly where to take us and there were no problems with anything. The entire night was perfect!!!

We had a very good experience with Premier Limousine. My wife and I had old friends in town and we wanted to show them around the city. The driver Mark did an outstanding job. He knew his way around the city extremely well and was nothing but kind and polite. The car was very nice and clean and rode smoothly. The last limo company I hired provided a limo that smelled of exhaust and had a window that wouldn’t roll down. I definitely recommend Premier Limousine. They do a great job, the limos are nice and the rates are very good.

We rented the Limo for a group to go to the prom and were pleased with the limo as well as the service. The limo came early and was spotless! The driver was courteous, friendly and pleasant with a great personality! The group said the limo driver made their night memorable. My husband and I will be using this service for future events.

My family used Premier Limousine and we had the nicest driver who gave us suggestions throughout the night on places for pictures and where the bathroom stops were and so on. The car was beautiful and arrived early. We had a wonderful night and the service made it even better! Thanks Premier we will definitely use you again!
